FOOD:

What attendees can bring in to Wells Fargo:

  • Baby food
  • Baby bottkes/formula (note: there is a station for breast feeding)
  • Bars such as protein bars and other energy bars
  • Gluten-free options or other allergy needs
  • Empty bottles for filling up with water at drinking fountains

What attendees CANNOT bring in to Wells Fargo:

  • Coolers of any kind
  • Outside meals
  • Outside drinks

HEALTH, SAFETY & ASSISTANCE

  • BABY STATION/FIRST AID: Private breastfeeding and first aid areas are shown on the map in the program book.
  • CELIACS/GLUTEN-FREE:  Communion station (host only) will be announced during each Mass. There are limited gluten-free concession stand options and at nearby restaurants. Please ask directly wherever you dine.
  • HEARING IMPAIRMENT ASSISTANCE:
    •Special seating and sign language is available.
    •Livestreaming will have closed captioning through a software program (not stenographer).

LIVESTREAMING

You must purchase a ticket to view the conference via livestream.  The livestream link will be available HERE on the morning of the conference.

  • You will use the same link all weekend.
  • You may disconnect and reconnect at any time. Please do not share the link with those who have not paid for a ticket.
  • If you’re unable to access the Livestream with your browser, please try another. Browser Examples: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, DuckDuckGo.

BIG SCREEN VIEWING: Due to various types of equipment and capabilities, general guidance includes:

  • Connect a laptop to the TV with a suitable video cable (HDMI or mDP).
  • Connect your smartphone/tablet to the TV with a suitable video cable.
  • Use Chromecast to display the video wirelessly
  • Test beforehand to avoid missing any of the weekend!
